Insulated garage doors and roof keep the bay usable through Farr West's full range of weather. Reinforced concrete floors are rated for heavy loading, so equipment, inventory, and repeated forklift traffic aren't a concern. Each bay includes 200 AMP single-phase 220V service, giving most trades room to run real equipment without upgrading power before move-in.
Rent is $1 per square foot per month, all-inclusive — not triple net — with the exception of your direct utilities. That means one predictable number, not a stack of pass-through charges to reconcile every quarter.
